18 Dec WHAT TO PACK IN YOUR DENTAL ESSENTIALS BAG
How would you describe yourself? Do you enjoy keeping every little thing as a treasure, or do you feel super excited about clearing things out? Many people have chosen a minimalistic lifestyle. The focus of minimalism is on the essentials. When a minimalistic person packs for a trip, there are no extras in the bag. Only the essentials make their way into the suitcase for the journey.
What are dental essentials? If you were to pack a figurative bag for your lifelong dental journey, what would you include?
Our Essential Dental Suggestions:
- Toothbrush– It is essential that you brush your teeth at least two times per day. During this brushing time, you are preventing gum disease. You are brushing away accumulated plaque, bacteria and food that are residing in your mouth.
- Floss- It is essential that you floss your teeth one time per day. During this flossing time, you are reaching the areas that your toothbrush bristles cannot get to. You are pulling out bacteria and plaque from between your teeth and below your gums.
- Fluoride toothpaste- It is essential that you incorporate fluoride into your dental care, and one of the easiest ways to do this is by using toothpaste with fluoride in it. Fluoride will protect your teeth from demineralization caused by acid in your mouth.
