Cardinal’s Nest

Cardinal’s Nest

A stay at home mom has a busy schedule. From doctors appointments for the kids to car pools to soccer practices to dance lessons, finding time for a mom to take care of herself can be almost impossible. Too often does mom put herself on the backburner so she can care for her familys needs instead. So when she finally has someone who can catch the kids so she can get her dental appointment, most dental offices are closed. Finding a babysitter for one to two hours during the middle of the day is almost

impossible, so she has to try and watch the kids while she gets her dental cleaning. This can often times be chaotic and stressful.

We value moms at Cardinal Dental. Thats why we have created a program called Cardinals Nest. This innovative program is first in its kind in St. Charles County. Now moms can rest easy and enjoy their dental appointment knowing that their children are taken care of.

What is Cardinals Nest?

Cardinals Nest is a special area in our office designed especially for kids. With toys and activities for every age group, this area is made for fun! This area is open at specific times during the week and supervised by one of our qualified staff members. Parents can check their children into this area before their dental appointment and then relax during their cleaning, filling, or crown. Parents have the ability to check in on their kids from their dental room using our closed circuit camera system.

In addition to having a great time while mom gets her dental appointment taken care of, kids will be taught the importance of taking care of their teeth and how to brush properly. Cardinals Nest also serves as a low stress introduction to the dental office, and can help kids learn that going to the dentist can be fun and not so scary.

How It Works
